About Adam
Hoffman's Fitness is proud to offer "travel to you" exercise and nutrition programming executed In Your Home, Office and in Local Parks and Beaches. There's no time like time saved. Whether your goal is Weight Loss, Strength, Stability, or Mobility, forget about travel to and from the gym, we travel to you. If you have equipment, let's use it. If you don't have a gym or equipment, I'll bring everything to you, including but not limited to: Dumbbells, Suspension Bands, Bosu Ball, Battle Ropes, Resistance Bands and much more. Hoffman's Fitness will create a custom program designed to reach your goals and walk you through your successful path to attaining those goals. Please note these In-Person options are only available to those that reside within 20 miles of Seminole, FL.

Location: I travel to my clients, so we need to make sure an agreed-upon location exists.
PAR-Q: Client fills out a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire that shares details about health and wellness, injuries, existing conditions and more.
Schedule: Arrange for the days and times to meet.
Pricing: Confirm and arrange payment.
Begin: Begin training.
Students ranging from age 14 to 63. Including those with back, shoulder, neck, knee issues and more. Most people's goals include weight loss and some muscle gain. My overall interest is working with these people, incorporating proper movement and whole-body nutrition into their lives.
