My personal training is customized to each & every woman I train! Together, we work on your health- and every aspect of it.

I have had a passion for fitness for as long as I could remember. I love helping women reach their goals, while still having a good time on the way there!
I've been emersed in the health & fitness industry since I was little- and in 2019 I decided to pursue personal training!
I am a NASM-certified personal trainer!

We will set up a free assessment/consultation, and also a free workout! We'll discuss your goals in-depth and talk about any past-experience in fitness.
I've worked with teens/young adults, prenatal women, seniors, those with medical conditions/minor injuries and limitations, and everything in between.
Make sure that you and the teacher are a perfect fit, and communicate exactly what you want!

Details
My rates starts at $35/half hour, and $50/hour, for 1-on-1 sessions.
I do require a once-a-week minimum, and a 3-month commitment.
Virtual packages are priced at $20/half hour, and $30/hour, with the same once-a-week and 3-month commitment.
