Hi Fernando,
I understand you're looking for a personal trainer. I would be happy to help you with your fitness and weight management goals. I have helped many others get in the best shape of their lives. I can provide you with tools, knowledge, and support, allowing you to find an evidence-based approach that works best for you to make continued progress for years to come.
As seen in my profile, I am an exercise science and fitness consultant with many years of experience. Unlike trainers who are merely certified, I have a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science and a master’s degree in Kinesiology. As a younger adult, I spent 10 years in bodybuilding and won the Mr Kansas title (Heavyweight and overall champion) and competed in the NPC Men’s National Bodybuilding Championships. In addition, my work on my business, ExRx.net, has been recognized and endorsed by medical and educational institutions, government agencies, and leading certification organizations including the American College of Sports Medicine, National Strength and Conditioning Association, The Army Physical Fitness Research Institute, and various Universities throughout the world.
