About William
I am a trainer with 21 years of experience, working with a wide range of clients from athletic/non-athletic teens to the elderly.
I pre-write my client’s programs before we meet so I’ll have everything laid out and ready before each session.
My clients love the creative and fun challenges I meet them with during their sessions. People who have worked with trainers before find my routines to be new and refreshing.
I train teens in their perspective sports and help others become more active and motivated in this digital age.
I’m also great with the elderly and functional training to improve their current conditioning and functionality.
I am an excellent trainer but there’s nothing like experiencing it first-hand and seeing if I’m a good fit for you. That’s why I offer a free first session to those considering taking up training.

I do home and gym training. For my home clients, I bring everything out to you that we will need for the session
A Complete Fitness analysis- we will look at your current condition and discuss your goals
We will put together a plan to progress you to levels that reflects your goals and ambitions
Education that will last a lifetime- learn more about fitness and how to keep up your new condition on your own
Periodic fitness assessments measure your progress and show you how far you’ve come along
Accountability factors (calls, emails, etc.) to keep you on track along the way
