About Agustin
This training method consists of natural movements that help us improve flexibility, mobility, stiffness, sports performance and physical condition.
I am also interested in those students who'd like to take classes in spanish, si those have an oportunity too.
The only thinge needed for this kine of training is a water bottle and some space to go on with the training.
During the process, you will learn many things related to human movement, nutrition, stress and other important details of health.
I have taken various courses in connection with the system (Personal training, Functional Traning, Functional patterns, etc) and currently studying physical therapy (only one year to go).

Firstly, I carry out an evaluation to understand there current situation and know where to begin from. In this step, I evaluate their posture, physical condition, movement, among others.
Secondly and after our classes have started, they will begin to get to know and understand what the training system is about.
People who want to get rid of discomfort in different parts of the body, improve their movement and functionality to enhance their performance in sports or other fields, put down weight, fix posture, among others.
