About Jerome
Since 2003 I've been helping clients achieve thier health and fitness goals. With an initial assessment to determine your fitness level, accompanied with a tailored fitness prescription and a guided exercise routine. Looking and feeling better is the results. At Providence Fitness we possess the education, experience and expertise to help you "Exercise your right to Live" healthy and happy.
With an almost 20 year career, I've help individuals with a wide array of health and fitness challenges. Wether its buiding muscle, developing flexiblity, increasing cardivascular strength or reducing body fat. You'll achieve improve health and body image.
I enjoy seeing the transformation of clients, mentally, physically. Seeing the joy of living an improve quality of life. I believe that through exercise we can discover our inner strength, will power and determination. With certifications in Personal Training, Weight Management, Stress Management and Balance Training. I will provide you the guidance and motivation needed achieve your goals.
I have been providing personalized fitness instructions since 2003. I became a Health Fitness Instructor to help people prevent, manage or delay lifestyle related diseases with exercise.
