About Larry
Understanding, patience and inexpensive.
I have been coaching for many years, plenty of experience in that time. I keep up to date on training by attending seminars that deal with athletics. Everyone is an athlete, some just perform at a high level.
NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning, NASM Performance Enhancement Specialist, Level II coach, sprint, hurdles, jumps, throws, distance and multi-events USTF, +
I get to meet alot of great people that need a little assistance in meeting their goals.
I coach at the collegiate level, the student/athletes keep me young at heart.
Traveling gives you insight, having worked in Argentina, Ecuador, Columbia and El Salvadore is quite an eye opener to the world.
My first year teaching was in 1965. I started coaching at that time. I retired from teaching in 1998, three months later I'm working again. I have been person training since that time.
I have heard that "you can't teach an old dog new tricks but you can learn alot of new tricks from and old dog"

Interview process is the first thing that is done. What do they want to work for? What is/are their goals?

I have work with gymnastist to senior citizens, high school track & field athleties to all-Americans, national to international athletes.
A good teacher has to listen, hear what the student is saying. A student is the one that has the goals, the teacher is there to help them achieve their goals. Goals are achieved one step at a time, there must be an understanding that progress may be a slow process but with realistic obtainable goals many things can be accomplished.
Learning about RPR Reflexive Performance Reset, a system to reset the muscles used in a specific activity. The body will try to protect itself by using muscles that are not the prime movers but will switch to a secondary mover that doesn't perform as well. It does this to protect itselffrom potential injury.

Becasue I do this for the pleasure of working with people and seeing the changes that they make I charge a standard fee of $25 per session, almost anyone can afford that. In the past I had charge $50-60 per session.
