About Enya
My personal training stands out because I make the lessons both fun and productive. I personalize each clients workout to fit their specific needs and goals.
I enjoy being a personal trainer because excercise is challenging but rewarding. I love seeing my clients progress and ability to reach their goals through hard work.
I started teaching because I wanted to stay active and in athletics and personal training has been a great way to be around a healthy lifestyle as well as pass on my knowledge to my clients.
After making the shift from a track and field athlete to being an active adult, I began to create exercise programs for clients through online training. I have also lead group fitness classes geared towards strength and conditioning.

I focus on low and high intensity training involving agility, strength, and conditioning. With a new student I will assess their skill set and personal interests before developing a safe and effective exercise program tailored to achieving their personal fitness goals.
I have worked with high level athletes to beginners. I have done a lot of work with clients looking to lose weight and have put together dietary plans as well as workouts to help them meet their goals.

Details
Each lesson is $80 per hour, if the client is interested in doing a package of 10 lessons the price will be $70 per session. Also, if you are interested in group lessons the price is $30 for 3 or more people.
