About Jimmy
My approach is to train from the inside and out. A little encouragement can be very strong therefore positive interaction is my way of life. Everyone needs strength to believe and conquer their goals. Just a few adjustments can develop the body into better alignment by correcting imbalances and engaging the weaker areas. The increase of muscle strength into your everyday endurance is just another example of a positive way of life!
I really enjoy sharing my knowledge and my over the top energy levels. When you are successful, then I am successful!

Jimmy is professional, personable and vert helpful. I can’t imagine working out without him.
Probably the best trainer in the state! He helped me focus on my goals and made a workout schedule accordingly. His knowledge of physical training surprised me because of how in depth the workouts were formed around my goals. I wouldn't go to any other trainer from now on.
In the six months that I’ve been working out I’ve seen more progress than I’ve ever thought possible. I’ve tried several gyms. Nothing has come closer close to the intensity and dynamic nature. It’s been a great experience being Jimmy Bernardi’s client.
