About Stacy
I've been in the medical field for over 10 years, but have had a passion for health and fitness. I've combining my gifts to create mind, body, and soul workouts. I focus on the perosn as a whole to create a life full of purpose and joy. As an energy healer, I love incorporating mindset work into my fitness trainings to create lasting change
Giving my clients a new outlook after feeling frustrated and stuck for so long. I give them the confidence to change their life and seeing how grateful busy, hardworking women feel after taking time to care for themselves and their health is the best feeling
I've had a passion for fitness for years and decided that I wanted to start teaching others to feel better on their body

I have a few options and prefer to do monthly packages, but do offer per session. With the monthly package its $60/month and you get four 1:1 sessions for coaching/mindset etc along with your weekly workout and meal plan recommendations
