I love that I get to make a change in people's lives. Not only do I get people more fit and healthy, but being able to rehab clients and get them to feeling like their old self is an amazing feeling.
I also do it for the family of my clients as well. So many diseases and illnesses are caused by obesity, and many of my clients injuries and stiffness limit them from being able to play with their kids, grandkids, nephews, etc. Healing my clients for themselves, but their loved ones as well is an amazing feeling.
Suffered many shoulder dislocations, forcing me to give up wrestling and sports in general. When physical therapy and surgery failed, I decided to become certified and study the body, later becoming a training and creating my own rehab and strength programs. Today I have rehabed countless amount of injuries.

I came to Zack not wanting someone who was gunna base my weight off what the scale said, and was gunna be patient with my current fitness level, and he was perfect for me. He made sure to fix my foot problem caused by the excess weight I had, before we went into going into more intense exercises
Trained me and my husband, and made it fun but challenging. Helped stretch us out and fix some imbalances as well
Zack was the first trainer I really felt comfortable with. I suffered a back and knee injury from deadlifting, but my previous 2 trainers could not make the proper program for me, as I needed to rehab first. Zack really made sure to focus on the rehab before we went into any heavy lifting.
I used to be an athlete, but after having a family needed someone to push me to get back into it. Zack really kicked my butt in a good way. Haven't worked those hard since I was an athlete in Highschool, but it made me feel competitive again.
Thanks Zack!I suffer from scoliosis and Zack made sure to fix my “winged scapula” as well. I previously was in cross fit but Zack showed me how my squat form was off, and instead we spent a lot of time fixing it, I was lucky to have not suffered an injury. His attention to detail is his best quality.
Zack helped rehab my nagging foot injury, and was patient with the fitness level I was at. I saw huge improvements working out with him 4 days a week, and he even added in Boxing to make it fun. Thanks Zack!
