About Reshaud
I focus on engaging people and educating everyone around us. I have a culture of being healthy and having lots of energy and we breath this everyday. The biggest part about coaching or training is developing the mind, once you train the mind the body will follow.
I have been in business for 2 years now and have been helping people reach their fitness goals for 3 years so far. I became a certified Personal Trainer through NASM and have been constantly taking in new information to always develop. I received most of my training experience in the Navy and tailored my programs based on my education from my experiences as well as the Navy and NASM
I went through my own weight loss journey and once I found a process that works I started sharing the knowlede.
When I finished my 8 years in the Navy I thought to pick up work and realized I did well guiding others and keeping them accountable.
I was in the Navy Reserve for 8 years and helped people stay in shape while in the service.
In 2019 I became a Certified Personal Trainer through NASM

First let’s understand if there are any limitations or restrictions with movement. From there we will test mobility, balance , and strength. After I test those we get right into the exercises focusing on controlling the breathing and getting your muscles fully engaged
I've worked with clients 50+ years old focusing on health and being able to move correctly
I've worked with clients 20-30 who are either athletes looking to stay conditioned or who work from home and want to get back in shape.
I've worked with post natal clients, prediabetic clients, clients with scoliosis, bad back and more
As great as it seems to be in shape and stay in shape it is tough. If you are willing to stick through the hard times and put the effort neccesary to see change then you have a good chance to get the results you are looking for.
If you choose me as your trainer then you are choosing someone who is going to hold you accountable, somone who will ask the hard questions and be honest with you about what it takes to be successful.

In person sessions are $40 without nutrition coaching and $50 with nutrition counseling.
