My service stands out because I genuinly care about my clients. With my guidance, support, and encouragement I can get you to make some healthier lifestayle changes. My workouts simply work. You'll burn a ton of calories and gain lean muscle tissue.

I will ask questions to see if there are physical limitations like illness or injury. Factors like age and weight are taken into account.
Various ages from elementary school to 65 yrs old. Also various weights from think to obese.
Every trainer is different. We all have our own style of training our clients as well as unique personalities. For example, I will not yell at you, I am encouraging yet firm.
The Highland Games in Boone, NC has a weekend filled with track running races, marathon run, sheep herding, dancing, live music, sheaf tossing, etc. Lots of competitions and fun! It's normally held in early July.
