Before I taught, I was an intern in Ann Arbor, which is the location of the University of Michigan. After my internship, I was able to teach countless others about the effects of incorporate habits that will help them to improve by one percent on a daily basis.
I am affiliated with the American College of Sports Medicine and the American Council on Exercise.
Additionally, I performed 100,000 pushups in 6 months.

I like to solve problems so the first meeting will be dedicated to doing so for the student's advancement.
All training sessions are tailored to each client’s abilities, limitations, and goals. Clients should consult their physician regarding any medical concerns before beginning a new fitness program.
I have worked with students ranging from the kindergarden levels toward collegiate levels.
Ask if they practice what they propagate, in other words, do they "look" the part at least or are they a pretender. You cannot afford to waste time.
I am fond of burying my late grandmother inside of a military cemetery located in Holly, MI. She served in the military.
