After serving in the Navy for over a decade and overcoming a brain aneurysm, I turned my passion for fitness and helping others into a full-time career.

I start with a consultation to understand your goals, current fitness level, and any limitations. From there, I create a personalized plan tailored to your needs and adjust it as we progress.
I've worked with beginners, advanced athletes, weight loss clients, post-rehab individuals, and combat sport athletes.
Look for someone who listens to your goals, challenges you safely, and stays consistent. Results come from the right mix of effort and support.
Seeing my Special Olympics client win his First swim meet and progress as much as he has so far—it's moments like that that remind me why I do this.
