About Daniel
We are a boot camp and fitness studio for women. My wife and I have been trainers for over 20 years.We are experts in injury prevention, pain relief and management. I'm a U.S. Marine, a Certified Personal Trainer, former Kettlebell Sport Athlete and a Trigger Point Thearpy instructor. My wife is a certified personal trainer, certified fitness instructor, certified yoga instructor, certified Pilates instructor, Licensed massage therapist, a former Kettlebell Sport Athlete, fitness competitor and currently a Brand Ambassasor for Stedman Athletic Clothing Line in Europe.
I get to see my clients lives transform. I specialize in pain relief. So most of my clients are in pain when they come to my studio. I take the time to learn every detail about thier habits and how the pain is effecting them on a daily basis. Then I go to work crafting the best training program to allieviate daily aches and pains while getting them stronger and in the best shape ever. I have to be creative, funny and committed to each client and their goals. Being in pain is no fun. Rehabbing from injury is frustrating. You need a trainer who's experienced, educated in working with clients who have accute or endure chronic pain. That's the best part of my job. Putting a smile on the face of someone who has not experienced relief from pain in years.
