About Ranbir
I'm a former collegiate athlet who discovered strength, conditioning, and nutrition through my own struggles with back pain, shoulder pain, and inability to lose bodyfat.
Through the last 10 years of learning from the best in the world, doing my research, fixing my own issues, and coaching 1000s of people, I've figured out the SIMPLEST, MOST EFFECTIVE ways to build muscle, burn fat, and stay lean year round.
