About Betsy
I take pride in training my clients. I know the importance of daily exercise and clean eating. I work with my clients on a one-to-one basis and help them to achieve their goals. I bring the workout to you so there is no traffic, parking spots or other people to worry about. This is about you.
I have been training clients in the LA area for over 15 years and have had tremendous success including a client that lost over 90 lbs.
My motto is simple: Get up and get moving! Move a muscle, Change a mood.

In my initial meeting with a new client I assess their medical history, their fitness level, diet and goals. From there I put together an individual workout that meets their goals based on the information above.
All types! My youngest client is 11 years old and my oldest is 86. I work with them and everything in between.

Yes, I do have standard pricing which can be seen on my website but will also work with the client based on what they can afford. I don't want to turn someone away just because they cannot afford it. If they are committed and willing to stick to the plan I will work on a sliding scale.
