About Jeff
Focused on player development and the love of the game. 12 and under we focus on correcting common mistakes made by little league players that have now become bad habits. 13 and older we focus on how to unlock the next level and really perfect the approach/mechanics of the game.
We provide personal training for all ages, young, adults, seniors. Focused on weight lifting, cardio, strength and conditioning, general dieting/nutrition, you name it! We like working on movements and making sure those movements are efficient. Providing you with the tools for weight loss/gain, muscle mass, or just overall a healthier life style!
I am a certified personal trainer.
