About Sabrina
The most rewarding part about the work that I do, is seeing it actually work and watching people transform their bodies & health in ways that they never once thought possible of themselves. It's the same gift that transformed my life & health over 10 years ago with my own 130 lbs transformation, it helped me to reverse diabetes, high cholesterol & high blood pressure and dramatically improve my health and my quality of life. For the past 8+ years I'm honored and grateful to continue sharing this gift with others.
I love working with clients of all ages & fitness levels but particularly enjoy working with the 55+ age group, as well as, those who are serious about making a lasting change to their lifestyle. 🙏💪🏼💝

I also changed my entire life 10 years ago through funtional strength training and dietatry changes and managed to shed and keep off 130 pounds over the years.
