Working with Evan at Golden Home Fitness has been an absolute pleasure. He made an exercise program that really suits myself and my body. In one months time I’ve lost 4 pounds and gained muscle. I feel healthy and lively, my diet has completely changed, my habits have changed and I’m doing things I have not done since I was a teenager. I find myself being more motivated and so much happier. Thank you Evan!
