About Trivell
Praise THE LORD. I have been a boxing coach for 15 years. I have trained 15 regional champions, three runner ups to nationals, boxing pros as well as a few MMA pros on there stand up. When people want to win there fights and boxing or striking is the Issue they come see KyserStrong Trivell Hill. I also am very experienced at showing house wives, husbands and kids that just want to know how to defend themselves or work on their Fitness.
What I enjoy about the work I do is the self confidence, discipline and happiness my clients experience as there boxing skills advance.
I have accomplished a USA Level 3 Coach certification through testing. I have owned a boxing club and two gyms where boxing was taught to all my Personal Training clients. Trained many Pros for their next fight, Kids, Parents and Adults that just want a great work out.

For the beginner interested in boxing your Stance is the foundation of technique because balance is crucial. The way you move in boxing is totally different than how a person and is taught to walk as a baby. Then we learn about wear to put our arms, hands and how to properly through a punch. How your arms deliver the punch but the punch is created from your back leg and the rotation of your core. Then we get into the Basic different punches Jab, Cross, Hook and Uppercut and there numbers 1 , 2, 3, 4. Lastly how to move forward, back, side to side and rotating. All the while learning boxing exercises jumping rope, mitt work, heavy bag work, shadow boxing, speed bag, etc
