First and foremost, is a new client screening and consultation. We must learn about your goals and your history so that we can implement a safe and effective program, designed to reach your goals, and consider any limitations you may or may not have. Exercise is not a one size fits all approach, and I believe in finding something you enjoy. Consistency is most important, so we need to enjoy the process.
Gunning Fitness has developed performance, regeneration, and aesthetics programs for strength, power, and endurance athletes of all levels. We guarantee quality instruction, and guidance from our supportive and knowledgeable trainers.
Not all personal trainers are created equal. The most successful fitness professionals will work as independent trainers as opposed to wroking at a big box gym. For the client, this means you can work with a personal trainer who is well qualified, without having to pay the usual $60-$100 per session that high level personal trainers are getting. Big box gyms are notorious for hiring entry level trainers, and most will not have formal education beyond high school. Most independent trainers, are life long trainers that are in the field for the right reasons, and they have much more knowledge than trainers with only a certification.
