I enjoy seeing the rapid progress of my students and am delighted to be passing on the useful tips and methods of painting that were taught me in the tradition of the Barbizon School of painting, Paris, France and at the Munich Academy of Fine Art in Germany.
(concealed information)
I was taught by a Master Painter, Harold Stevenson, who said "Anyone with normal intelligence, and desire can be taught to draw and paint well. Like the pages of a diary, paintings capture what your soul is in need of communicating. Art itself cannot be taught, but the language of Art can.
