About Lani
Photography is beyond a passion or profession to me, it quite simply is a piece of who I am. I derive my work from a visual interest in the ordinary forms and structure found in everyday people & life.
I have an established portfolio in:
- Fashion / Editorial
- Glamour / Boudoir
- Beauty Portraits
- Acting & Talent Head Shots
- Wedding Photography
My creative license leads me to create one of a kind images, with unique concepts.
THE PEOPLE .....!!!
I have worked with all kinds of people doing all different sort of things. This is one of my favorite parts of my job; all the new, interesting people I get to meet on a daily basis & hearing their stories, where they have come from, where have they been and where they are going.
I did my first paid shoot in August 2010
I am 100% self taught behinde the camera - However, I worked for Adobe for a little over 2yrs as a Photoshop Product Specialist

I am a "people" person, I am very easy to wrok with. I am able to adjust my "teaching" style to however works best for the "student".
I will walk you step by step, even draw pictures if needed ;)
I like to try and make things fun and light, because ultimately photography is art and what I have along the way, is once you start having fun with it and feeling it, the technaqualites soon become secondary
