I help students explore and understand the mechanisms of the piano. Students learn where to place their hands and how to identify keys to begin playing. I also include music theory in my lessons which is reading music notes and interpreting music symbols.

I want to praise Martha for how she teaches students musical instruments. My husband and I wanted our 7 year old daughter to play the piano. We enrolled her at the JMF Music Academy three months ago. I have witnessed my daughter blossomed into an emerging pianist. My eleven year old son was very impressed with his sister's music teacher teaching style that he pleaded with us to take piano lessons. Both my children are now more focused at school and home. In addition, they are more creative with their thought processes due to learning music theory and a musical instrument. They benefit immensely from having a kind, loving, talented, and firm music teacher. I strongly believe enrolling my children in the JMF Music Academy as one of the best investment I made in shaping my kids' future in the path of success.
