About John
I have been a piano teacher for more than forty years. I teach all levels of students: beginners, intermediate players and advanced players. My studio is located in Norwich CT. Students play on a grand piano in quiet surroundings. My education includes the Berklee College of Music with a bachelor's degree in composition and piano.
I taught classes in harmony, arranging,solfege, piano and ensembles at Berklee as well. I also give instruction on violin.
My professional experience includes touring with the Buddy Rich band, and performances with Suzanne Somers, Nelson Riddle, Clark Terry, and singer Joe Williams.
