Experienced tutor in Piano in Salisbury, Claudia offers private lessons tailored to your needs.

Claudia was my piano teacher from elementary school through high school. She helped develop my playing technique but equally important, encouraged my love for piano and music, as well as helping me grow as a person. She coached me through college auditions, and once in college, I found myself well prepared for the rigors of a music education major. Since graduation I have sought to impart the same love of music to my own students as I received from Claudia. I enthusiastically recommend Claudia, who helped shape me into the person and musician I am today.

Claudia really works to the needs of the individual, based on my own experience. She picks the repertoire that’s appropriate for me, and allows me to choose my own performance pieces on occasion.

She reinforces the best practice techniques, from both a physical and mental standpoint. She is someone that you could bring a child to for a lesson and feel comfortable, and also someone who can work with an adult student such as myself.

Claudia is a very encouraging, patient teacher. She allows the students to work at their own pace while also pushing them to increase their skills. Both of my kids have loved going to lessons with her since the first grade (they are in middle school now).

Claudia is patient and always full of advice, music related and otherwise. She is always kind and positive yet firm when necessary and has a deep knowledge about her field. As someone who has been taking lessons for almost ten years, I always feel like I leave my lessons having learned something new.
Ultimately, Claudia is the best teacher I've had and would highly recommend her to anyone of any age serious about learning to play piano.
