About Anne
Hi dear students!
I am a certified Mat Pilates instructor, born and raised in France I came to live in New York in 2014 to study dance at the Martha Graham School of Dance.
I love incorporating elements of dance training in my Pilates classes, in order for my clients to develop tone and lean muscles.
I am a caring, honest and generous individual and I am completely available to help you gain the physical strength you need in your life!
What I love the most about this job is the interaction I have with people and see their growth. Yes, the connection I have with people is priceless. That's what I love about this job!
I started teaching at the studio I was trained and it was an amazing experience. I have also been a dance teacher so teaching wasn't a totally new experience for me.
I hold a Mat Certification from Balances Pilates NY.

First, I like to have a little chat and assess what pain/injury they are experiencing, and also get to know what level they have.
Secondly, I will come up with a class adapted for them specifically and then check at the end of the class how it felt for them.
I have worked with all types of students, beginners from advanced students. All ages.

I had the best time in Anne's class! She gives very clear directions and she's dynamic. The exercises were pretty challenging for me but Anne made sure I didn't hurt myself. I definitely would recommend her.
She is very caring and attentive to my needs. She comes up with a good workout but adapts to the student's level.
