Run faster ("Flat out fly").

Every athlete benefits from running faster. Every team benefits from having faster players.

USATF-certified, I specialize in sprinting. Accept aspiring athletes 12 to 18 years old.

Kids are amazing. It's magic seeing kids doing what they were built to do. Even more magical when they discover it themselves. And guess what? It doesn't involve their phone!

A former college athlete, I became involved with coaching my son when he was five. As a volunteer at a local track club, I enjoyed the experience teaching kids to run fast. I decided to work towards my USATF and SafeSports certifications and have enjoyed much success over the past 13 years.

USATF (United States Track & Field) certified.

About the lesson

1. Interview student to understand goals and limits.

2. Discuss and assess general safety and health.

3. Ability assessment.

4. Training plan.

Boys & girls, 5-14 years of age.

Make sure your coach is more concerned with the student's success than their own. Find one who will not overwork the athlete and, ultimately, have them hating to run. Quality over quantity, always.
