About Joshua
I break down each section of the SAT (Reading, Grammar, Math) into manageable sets of questions that will help with time-management, a key factor when test taking. After answering the timed question set, I will go over each question until I am sure you know how to solve that type of problem. The SAT seems intimidating, being 3 hours long and not fun for most. However, every SAT question is the same one way or another. To do well, all you really need to do is recognize the patterns and apply the little tricks I teach you. My lessons are geared towards anyone in high school.
I'm a senior at Stuyvesant High School and as a high-schooler myself, I genuinely understand the pressure to do well. I was able to score 1570 on the SAT and together, you will too. I'm pretty laid back, but I will make sure you are prepared. I want you to be able to confidently sit through this tedious test, get a great score, and be forever done with it. Hope to work with you!
