About Lola
I'm a student who took the SAT last year, so I remember all the tips! I scored a 1500 (770 in math, 730 in reading). I know test prep can be extremely expensive, so I'm hoping to help make quality preparation more affordable for everyone!
SAT Prep is a lot about knowing strategies rather than content- a course I took taught me so much that I'm excited to relay to other students in need!
I started doing volunteer tutoring earlier this year for younger students, and am looking forward to teaching kids closer in age with more challenging topics!
I took an extensive 7 week course to prepare for my own SAT exam.

I'll typically ask about their prior PSAT or other practice exams they've taken, ask them for scores and find out what they're stuggling with. I'll assign a practice exam before the first session that we can review the first time we meet.
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
Try to pinpoint exactly what's challenging. As opposed to saying the entire math section is challenging, try to figure out the types of problems that tend to be difficult.
