About Ron
This is the no BS training program, based on my personal training in Martial arts & fitness for over 20 years.
I only work with select clients who qualify for the program, and are based in New Jersey.
The results vary based on your effort and individual situation, but I can tell you that if you commit to this program, I will commit to your success and help you gain flexibility, fitness, and an immediate ability to defend yourself against individuals or groups of individuals.
If you feel that you're the right fit, and this is the right program for you, please sign up right away as only a limited number of students are accepted. There is no dojo and this program is held at a place of your choosing, with clients selecting to have classes take place in their homes, in their gyms, or other locations that can facilitate group training.
