About Shao Long
We're home Utah's largest Tai Chi Community, focusing on Yang and Wudang-style Tai Chi Chuan. We're also the only Wudang-instructor certified school.
Wudangshan is the birthplace of Tai Chi Chuan, and they have schools there teaching this ancient exercise and art. Our headmaster, Lei Shao Long, was the only US expat from Utah to train there and become certified. He resided in China and immersed himself in the culture only to graduate and share his education with his students.
We also believe in having a broad range of classes to make the path to becoming healthy fun and engaging, including classes in Tai Chi, Kungfu, Meditation, Self-Defense and Yoga.

We work with each student individually to make sure both the student and the school are a fit for each other. After a general questionnaire, we offer 1-week free classes to allow the student to decide if it's what they're looking for. We pride on ourselves to focus on quality over quantity, so classes are smaller and more intensive.
