About Susan
I take the stress off the project. Keeping it simple and fun. From alterations for men and women clothing. Crafts for your home whatever your interested is or leave of sewing.
Beginners to more experience with professional advice and 3 different types of machines. Straight stich surger and blind hem machines.
Hand sewing skills and even pattern designs. Artistic clothing, which can be redesigning a Jean jacket to your personality. Or a Dress, shirt or slacks. Things you may see on pinterest.
I have taught as young as a 6 year old to sew. Projects that they can use. Not just a pillow like most other teachers.
Like an apron out of bluejeans that is good for your tools for sewing so you have what you need right away. When sewing you have to be organized. So having your seam ripper, ruler, tailors chalk, scissors and tape measure handy is important.
Don't feel overwhelmed and all can be provided to use why your here in class. You also can purchase directly form my supplier so you can have everything you will need for your sewing room.
Pressing skills and ability to have knowledge in quality processes. Steaming or ironing are a big part of sewing. I have a separate room set up just for this too.
Private one to two people in my studio set up. 60 minutes for 30.00 each, no contact Two people is the maximum for a class or lesson.
