Knowledge: TC understands and teaches point guard roles of ball-handling, decision making, and how to change pace to get your shot. She also can demonstrate exactly what she is teaching.
Teaching: TC uses drills to develop specific dribbling skills and teaches when and why that skill is necessary, especially when you may not have a speed advantage.
Command and Organization: My son has 1:1 training, but I’ve seen TC with her AAU team. She is aware of all drills being conducted, holds her team accountable, is disciplined, and not much slack time between drills.
Overall, I’m really impressed with her knowledge, skill and demeanor. Most importantly, my son is engaged with the drills and works hard with her (even the laps, pushups and defensive drills) and is really enjoying the experience.
