About Alana
I have been a strength and conditioning coach since 2014, beginning at Monmouth University. Since then, I've worked with all levels of athletes from beginner to advanced, from middle school to D1.
I've realized along the way that mindset is holding a lot of athletes back. Thus, I incorporate mindset training and building confidence into my sessions. I love watching athletes go from not thinking they can do a pull-up, to banging out multiple. That's just one example of the many ways we build strength and confidence, both on and off the field.
There is no 30-day magic pill or program that will get you to the next level. We will put in the work, and with patience and consistency, surpass your goals. If you're committed to getting better, on and off the field, and ready to put in the work, I looking forward to hearing from you.
