About Greta
Since I was very young I've always had a passion for writing and performing. Growing up around songwriting I saw it as a way to express something from within that yearned to be released. As I grew I began to find myself telling stories all of the time. After studying acting in highschool and Playwriting and Screenwriting in college at SUNY Purchase, I learned ways of structuring those precious stories.
What really changed my life was the creativity that formed out of a meditation practice. I find that giving space to be quiet and still opens a whole new world of opportunity.
I believe that I have a lot to give to students interested in following a passion in any writing and performing. I am a singer-songwriter, playwright and actress. I would love to guide others in these feilds, while also guiding them towards a way to connect with their inner selves through meditation and stillness.

I like to get to know them and their likes and dislikes, where they feel they are strong and where they could use some help. I like to hear who inspires them. Once those things are settled I'll create a curriculum that best fits the person. I believe teaching is a collaborative process. There is no teacher without the student. I like to honor the specific needs of the people I teach.
