First seeing what exercises they are comfortable with and altering their program from there.
Babies and young children, autistic special capabilities
Prefer to look with someone with a competitive swimming background of at least 10 years since this guarantees they have practiced and mastered the proper techniques of swimming. The skills instilled in competitive swimmers stays with them for life. Google the instructors' name with "swimming" behind it, like a reference check.
After 2 weeks I finally persuaded a scared 3 year old to put her face under the water.
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
