My approach to working with all my students is to assess their goals and skill level and formulate a lesson plan.
I've worked with all levels. Top 10 Texas ranked jrs. I've coached two 4.0 National championship teams and a 3.5 3rd place team. Working with countless beginners of all ages advancing their levels and enjoying the process!
For a student/coach relationship to be successful one must have an assessment for the students goals and develop a gameplan for achieving those goals.
