About John
I got my bachelors at University of California Irvine in 2010. I started my teaching credentials in 2012 2013 and my first teaching job was in Japan where I taught as a second language teacher from 2013 to 2015. I was mainly a substitute teacher in New Jersey. I also taught at a Jewish private school there as well. I took some time off after the pandemic hit and I found a job teaching in Florida in 2022 and now I’ve been teaching civics in Florida for four years. My goal is a tutor is to not just help students complete their work, but to actually understand it and when it comes to essays and test preparations, I want them to come out with good quality work and to be able to understand how these tests work and the best methods to answer questions and get the best possible score and making sure that we understand the content of these tests. I will feedback and I also am open to any insight you can offer me to improve my teaching methods.
