About Susan
I am a professional violinist/violist, member of the Chicago Federation of Musician's Union and enjoy performing sacred and secular music in various concert halls and churches in greater Chicago.
I have taught at least 30 years in various schools and studios including:
The Cleveland Institute of Music Pre- College Division
The Music Institute of Chicago
Winnetka district 36
Avoca District 37
DePaul University Community School
Private studio.
I have been a Clinician at Suzuki Summer Institutes- Blue Lake MI, Steven's Pt. WI, and Deerfield, IL
Background: BS in Music Ed w/ minor in child psychology, Master's studies in violin performance and pedagogy with master teacher Almita Vamos.
