About Courtney
Hello! My name is Courtney Place and I played volleyball at Augustana University in Sioux Falls, SD. I graduated last spring with a degree in Media Studies. I was a 3x All-Conference player, 2x captain and an All-American my senior year. I have coached 12 to 18 year olds and have been known for connecting and building relationships with players.
I enjoy helping athletes see their potential and watching them improve throughout the lessons. There's nothing better than watching a player feel something click and start to understand the game.

She really worked with me on what I wanted to work on. She understood what I was struggling with and that I needed to go slow and be re-taught. She continually showed me my own improvement and kept motivating me throughout! She’s the reason I could hit a ball well.
