I am a 200hr registered yoga teacher (200 RYT) specializing in vinyasa, hatha, yin, and restorative yoga. I have teaching experience of over 100 hours. I also am a second degree certified Usui Reiki practitioner (energy healing).

New clients will first receive an intake form at the time of scheduling your session(s). This information will be used for session planning and preparation in order to tailor your session. During the intro session (available at a discounted rate) we determine the best practices and asana (yoga poses) to meet your specific needs. Sessions work in a progressive nature. After each session you will receive session notes and a complimentary pdf of yoga postures to continue to work on at home.
