About Gayle
I had been practicing yoga for a few years and wanted to learn more so I did my first yoga teacher training.
This gave me more insight into the poses and gave me the opportunity to practice on my own in addition to going to yoga classes.
I have been practicing yoga for over 20 years and teaching for about 13 years. I practice daily and continually take classes and study the body and movement.
I also study the spiritual side of yoga through reading, podcasts and bringing together different modalities into my practice and how I teach.
Learning never stops.

I talk with the student to learn what they want to focus on, what their experience level is with yoga, what injuries they have or had and any areas of chronic pain.
I work with them to discover what will be the most beneficial for their needs.
I have worked with all levels of students from complete beginners to more advanced students.
I have worked with flexible and inflexible people, people that are weak and need to build more strength and people that are strong and need more flexiblity.
I love working with people that are willing to dedicate some time and are willing to be patient with themselves.
I would talk to the teacher and ask as many questions as you want.
Trust your intuition and hire someone who you feel you can connnect with.

Details
I offer sliding scale.
90 minute sessions for private yoga are $100 - $130 for one person. Add $10 for each additional person.
60 minute sessions are $80 - $100 for one person. Add $10 for each additional person.
