About Shanon
My favorite part of teaching is the exchange of energy during class, I like to begin with a bit of sound healing and end with a guided meditation in Savasana. Each class is customized to target your fitness and wellness goals so we'll meet around your schedule. Nothing recharges the spirit like a healthy mind-body experience!
After class, students have told me they feel rejuvenated, zen and are often surprised by the full body workout. I've been teaching private lessons independently and with Kanthak Inc since Fall of 2020. You can read more about me online at (concealed information)
I started guiding friends and family through meditations and kept receiving such positive feedback. I've always wanted to share tips on living keeping a positive mindset feeling healthy and, after covid slowed the world down, it just clicked for me. I love sharing the yogi experience with my students. In true namaste sprit, we recharge and align our chakras together creating an intimate class that is transcending. 🧘♂️
I have been practicing yoga since 2016 including completing college courses on stress management, psychology and the 200 yt certification with Internations Sports and Sciences. I received my CPR certification from the same organization last fall. I have been teaching private lessons since September 2020.

First we'll discuss your goals and how we'll work together to achieve them. We'll begin with an intro class to gauge your current fitness and comfort level. From the. Each class will build on it's previous session gradually building to reach your goals and a healthier mind and body.
Beginners, intermediate practitioners, insomniacs, individuals recovering from injury and pregnant students.
