Certified Yoga Therapist specializing in personl yoga programs to suit the needs of her clients.
I enjoy providing my students with the skills and tools that promote good health & wellbeing. Bringing into harmony body, mind and spirt through the practice of yoga is a part of my work that I find most rewarding because it has such a positive lasting effect on the client.
