My greatest education has been my life experience, being married to a police officer, raising four children, owning and operating multiple businesses. I am passionate in my study of the human experience, mentally, emotionally and physically.
I am a certified yoga therapist ( body psychology), licensed massage therapist, full spa specialist, bioenergetic synchronization technician, qi gong facilitator, yoga nidra and yoga teacher.
All my client are rejuvenated and acquire a state of peace when working with me.

I prefer to work with new clients privately or in a group setting of like mindedness, whether that is personal or professional for a congruent synergistic effect.
I have worked with clients looking to improve their health and well-being from infancy to 80+ years old, as long as there is an interest in improving their whole life we are a fit.

The most recent event that I'm fond of was when I was giving a B.E.S.T. treatment, to a new client and his beautiful description of his thoughts (during the treatment) of conversations with God that he hadn't had since he was a very young boy. Coming from a man that's nearly retired this was a priceless experience.
