About Colleen
Yoga + Mindfulness for Children, Families and Adults.
I love being able to empower clients to learn how to use their breath to quiet and calm the mind while also discovering more strength and flexibility in their bodies. Seeing how calm and peaceful they are at the end of practice is really inspiring.
As a student in graduate school, I began practicing yoga to manage stress. I quickly learned the power of the practice, and once I finished school, and began teaching in the classroom, I enrolled in my 200-hour certification program. At the same time, I discovered how powerful the practice was for children, and earned my children’s Certification the next year!

I like to speak with the student over the phone first to learn about them and their wellness goals. From there we can develop a plan and I can tailor their sessions to their needs.
I’ve worked with adults and children of all ages—from 16 months old to 95 years old! All with a variety of needs and abilities.
Take time to talk with the teacher to get to know them and their philosophy and style of teaching.
