About Gulzhan
I have been practicing Hatha yoga for many years till I discovered Kundalini yoga. Kundalini yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan changed my life. It opened a way for discovering and awakening Highest myself. It still does. Kundalini Yoga is Yoga of Awareness. It works on your body, mind and soul. It is yoga that will bring you to your highest self faster than any other yoga. You can use Kundalini yoga technology 3 mins a day or 2 hours a day and it will work. I am certified Kundalini yoga instructor and also have certifications in gong therapy, gong yoga Nidra (means I know how to play gongs therapeutically). I love to share technology of Kundalini yoga with others since 2016.
Sharing ancient technology of Kundalini yoga and playing gongs is rewarding. I know that this technology works and it is rewarding to see how it works for others who are opened to it.
My friends asked me to start teaching after I completed my Teacher training. I feel that is my destiny to teach Kundalini Yoga and learn more about it in this lifetime. My devotion now is to help people live happier and healthier life using Kunadalini Yoga technology and sound of gongs.

I inform student about Kundalini Yoga, class structure and what to expect. I ask student few questions about yoga experience and intentions. Depending on students needs I can design classes to match student's objective, but most important to give the experience. I share easy steps to follow in order to keep up, feel balanced and centered in day to day life.
Mostly women 21 and up.
To try different possible types of yoga and different teachers. You will find what really fits perfectly to you and resonates with you. You have to attend few classes to figure that out. Sometimes your first impression driven by your negative ego not your soul. Be open to the experience.
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
It is always good to let teacher know if there were any old injuries or trauma and ask questions. If you have health conditions let teacher know even doctor said OK.

Saturday morning group class (winter and fall only) $15
Private class starts at $60, or higher if I have to travel.
